6:00PM
Wow! Dongdaemun Design Plaza's (DDP) is really beautiful. The photos I took, doesn't even do any justice, *insert Cheon Song-yi's voice* sorry *okay say it again* sorry, hahaha!
We're here to see the My Love From The Star Exhibit. This was where SBS reconstructed most of the set where the K-Drama was filmed for the public to spazz errr I mean see. Hahaha! The dramas main stars were Jun Ji-hyun (Cheon Song-Yi) and Kim Soo-hyun (Do Min-Joon).
The exhibit pass normally costs 15,000₩/person (Php 610), but one my friends printed a discount voucher and we got it for 12,000₩/person (Php 488). Yeay to the 3,000₩ savings :)
The exhibit opens with a space-like pathway. Feels like you'll be taken to outer space which really makes sense because Do Min-Joon is an alien, a handsome alien. <3
The first thing you'll see from the exhibit is the iconic elevator and 23rd floor corridor:

*Most of the fans who were at the exhibit were Chinese women in their 20s.* |
Of course, I won't let this opportunity pass, *Must take a photo inside the elevator* HAHAHA!

*Feeling Cheon Song-Yi HAHAHA!*

You can also peek inside the room of Do Min-Joon and Cheon Song-Yi, but if you want to get inside, I know that you have to pay an additional fee. No thank you, I'm okay with the sneak peek. hehe
I had flashbacks about the drama with every step I took inside the exhibit. Me and Lyka were running around taking tons of photos as if we were running out of time. And when I say tons, I do mean it! Here are some of them:
We left the exhibit around 9:00PM and decided to see more of DDP first before having some dinner. I must say that the place is even more captivating during the night.
While we were walking, I remember that G-dragon and Taeyang took a photo in one of the restroom signs in DDP.

And as an avid VIP, me and Lyka also had our photos taken in the area. The tourists around us might be wondering what is so special with that restroom sign. kkkk
DDP is just a walking distance from the big shopping sites in Seoul like Migliore, Lotte Fittin and hello APM, but we no longer went there because we were already dead tired. Can you believe that this is just Day 1 of 11? Hahaha!
Before heading home we satisfied our hunger with the yummy street snacks near the station. Most snack costs 2,500₩ (Php 101) and most servings are usually big so one order is fine, but I'm greedy so I bought two (2). :P
*I bought one hotdog covered with fries.* |

*Also this long sausages :p* |
We were pushing our limits, we even bought ice cream for dessert. But this is not a *insert Cheon Song-yi's voice* normal, hehe not a normal ice cream. The cone shape is letter J and both ends of the cone is either filled with vanilla, chocolate or both flavors. I saw an episode in Eat Your Kimchi, and they called this one Penis Ice Cream LOL! Each serving costs 3,000₩ (Php 121)

We got back at the guest house few minutes before 11:00PM and Hongdae was so alive. I said to myself that I will rest for a while then I'll walk around Hongdae, search for Hello Kitty Cafe and the Hongdae Park. But my body gave up on me --- zzzzzz.
